I went to pax before the Jax SX this year and I will say this. Without flagers this track is NOT SAFE. this track has several blind jumps.

The track is really fun!! Just without flagers I won't be going back. it is not worth hurting someone that has gone down or hurting myself.

Also hit up pax the beginning of oct.. dirt was nice.. well kept up, but was def clearin the jumps.. which were blind.. kind of an beginner track.. lot of stuff compacted together.. but fun place to ride!

My kid at Pax a couple of months ago, it is fun but don't like all the blind areas and not much for flaggers.

Its a great track and is owned by very good people. Robert Paxia is the main owner. Its been tough for him over the years to listen to riders feedback and make it very safe. I would rate it on a higher difficulty scale because some of the jumps are enormous and, although he did what he could to make them safe, some are blind. He had it tamed down for a couple years but the turnout dropped during that time so, he scaled it back up. I have talked to him many times about the layout and he's very open minded it''s just impossible to make everybody happy. It was my favoriot track when I was riding alot and I actually flagged for him on opening day just to help get the ball rolling.

Its very choppy, deep deep sand in some sections and, over time the faces can get concrete like. Bithlo is roughly 60 miles away and may be more suiting for average riders or kids or for those who feel more comfortable with visability and/or flaggers.
