new clutch not bike still idles with clutch out

I know this is a mx forum but you guys have helped me out before. I just did the clutch in my r1 plates fibers springs now when I let the clutch out the bike stays running in gear. I played with the cable adjustment but nothing seems to help

Have you got the correct end play on the clutch cable at the cable adjuster pirch? It should be only about the thickness of a nickel.

Sounds like something is keeping your spring pressure from forcing the pressure plate into the stack. Is there a washer or a shim out of place keeping the pressure from engaging the stack?

Usually there is a mark on the pressure plate and the hub that need lined up correctly before bolting it down. It will still go together but not put any pressure onto the clutch discs if not aligned.

If you take the clutch cover off and actuate the clutch, can you see the pressure plate moving? As above, maybe there is an alignment notch that is off preventing the pressure plate from seating properly.
