cr250 coolant loss

Can some one please help me, I have just had my 2000 cr250 fully rebuilt ,after bolting the engine in and running it up few a few minutes coolant started leaking from the weep hole, rather than send it back to the engine builder [who did apologise and offer to have a look] I did it myself. I replaced both seals, bearing, shaft, impeller and gaskets. I rode the bike 2 weekends with no problems but on the next ride it started leaking again, if all the parts are new and the inner clutch case looks fine why is it leaking???

Are the seals in facing the correct way?

I used the manual and the fact that it didn't leak for 2-3 hours use I am pretty sure thy are.

Even seals put in incorrectly can hold for a short time. Did you put any grease or lubricant on the seals when installed?

No grease or lubricant, I didn't know a seal can hold when put in the wrong way round? I might have to strip it down and turn the seal around, its a lot of work if it dose not fix it, but I should stop being lazy and just do it. Thanks.
