bleeding brakes

having trouble bleeding the back brakes, on my ktm 250 sxf 2007.

brand new caliper, got some decent pressure, but the piston will not come out. any ideas?

Sounds like your fluid line is plugged or the caliber piston is stuck.

Check the little copper washer on the line, I don't have the manual in front of me but I think there is three or four on the entire brake line. If one of those has failed you will get a slow air leak and it totally compromises the braking capability.

I have seen problems installing a new brake caliper dry., before hooking up the brake line fill the caliper with brake fluid then bleed the system. Of course you want to use fresh crush washers when servicing the brake system

thanks for replys. changed the piston in the rear master cylinder, its working now
