Hi guys, some of you might remember the CR250R I built on here a few years ago, while I won't be going quite as extensive, I picked up a 15 450 and decided to make it my own, oh and sorry for the cell phone pics.

The deal was to good to pass up.

To be honest with you, the bike runs soooo good with the stock map, until I get the exhaust on there is don't think I will touch it. It is a 15 model and everything I have read says with the stock pipe to even leave the fuel delivery alone. It is by far the fastest 450 I have ever ridden. As for the suspension, as you can see from slipdog' post the suspension has some love being thrown it's way. Wink

Awesome, those clamps are beautiful.

I rode a 450 this weekend at Cahuilla this weekend when it was pretty damn bumpy. Holy shit, the bike didn't get out of shape once. 450s are cheating! Laughing

Well, unfortunately for Travis, I haven't done any TiN coatings since I was with Pro-Action in '07. Since my accounts were under my PA business license and he had talked to other companies that could do it, we decided after I tore it down I would just send it to them to have the coatings done. It turned into a clusterf**k...

Got a little more work done yesterday, got the front rotor, brakes assembled, and works connection perch installed. Air filter installed, engine ice dropped in. She is almost ready to come to life!

Some drill holes through the airbox cover so the gas cap hose can run through it
