Winter Maintenance checklist?

I've been thinking a lot about what I need to do on my bike this winter to have it fully prepped for next year. Add whatever you would do to the list. (bikes only a year old)

Grease all bearings

New spark plug

check valves

Tighten spokes

Lube cables

Coolant replacement?

Plus:

New tires, new grips,

Pretty much all of what you said.
Change oil
Possibly replace cables
Replace coolant
Replace brake fluid

Your manual should have a maintenance frequency chart and (at least on mine) even includes a 'once a year' column!
