Hey guys,

Just got my engine back from mechanic, had full overhaul (crank, clutch, piston etc.. ). While he had it open he said at some point there had been some detonation and the cylinder head wasn't in the best condition and said it would be worth keeping an eye out for one in better condition... as luck would have it a VHM head has come up on Ebay..

It looks cool, but can anyone recommend these? Is it a bolt on job or will it take some tuning etc? I just want a reliable weekend warrior machine/ don't want to open a can of worms.

You have to remember this is a euro company and while Langston Racing is a distributor for them in the U.S., a majority of people haven't used their products here.

VHM's are an excellent product......one of the best bolt on mods you can do!!!

if your interested in one, i can get you a great deal on one.

the heads are $299 regular price and the inserts(not included) are $69 a piece. multiple dome inserts are avaliable aswell as a blank for custom mods
