I'm ordering some spare tubes to start doing tire/tube changes at home, rather than taking the wheels to the bike shop.

The front tubes seem fairly self explanatory, but what size rear tubes do you guys use? I'm running a 100/90-19 rear on my 144 and a 110/85-19 rear on the 250, so I'm assuming that I should be using the same sized tubes for both.

The tube measurement system is confusing to me. I want to go with the smallest/lightest available for this wheel/tire size, so what would be my best bet?

Width/height aspect ratio, same as truck tires, Cam. First dimension is a measurement, second dimension is expressed as a percentage. Tire 1 is 100 mil wide, and 90 mil tall. Tire 2 is 110 wide, and 93.5 mil tall. Same tube is fine, so just get whatever dimension match you can find on the box. As a big guy, I always run heavy tubes, to avoid flats. Evidently, you and I have different thoughts on this.

I hear you, it's the website ordering that is confusing me.

They list a 100-110/90-19, which sounds like it should be perfect for either.

But then they also list a 3.60/4.10-19, which is $5.50 cheaper.

I'm assuming that the 3.60/4.10-19 is slightly smaller, and should be perfect for the 100/90-19 tire. But by my calculation the 110/85-19 tire should need a tube measuring 3.75/4.40-19. Am I doing this right, or am I overthinking it and the 3.60/4.10-19 tube will work fine for both?

Jesus, they still use that measuring system? Wow. Must have been a while since I've bought tubes, I don't even remember that. Honestly, it's only 10 mil difference, I'd buy one and be done with it. It's not like the difference is so huge, the tube will explode, once you inflate it.
