Treating acid-dipped steel parts

I currently have two projects on the go at the moment so been working a lot with little things like this. Those parts actually look freshly bead blasted. I have been getting my stuff either nickel plated with a satin finish for the OEM look, or been painting parts with high temp clear automotive paint, and then baking to cure. Maybe consider one or both of those options.

Metal Finishers of Atlanta in Lilburn or Georgia Plating in Covington. I use both on a regular basis. Both do excellent work.

Maybe try a spray galvanized paint on the steel parts.
I wouldn't do that for the bolts. Spray galv is pretty thick...it'd likely cause clearance problems and inconsistent torque readings. My thought would either get the steel parts black oxidized, or wait until they get light surface rusted, then treat them with naval jelly
