I'm visiting the website now, how do you order the correct bolt sizes, or do they come in a kit?

I emailed him and ask him if he had a bolt kit for my bike because I didn't see it on his page. Ian emailed be back and said he could put one together for me.

I hand sanded the nick's out the best I could then hand scotchbrited the whole frame and swing arm with green then red to finish it off.

Nice bike coming together. Ian sells great stuff. What are you using for a cyclinder for that bike.. I heard the 97-99 HPP cylinders made better power. Is that cyclinder ported for the 134 kit?

You can use a hpp cyl and 6 speed swap on up to 02 cr125. 03 + has diff cases. The 05-07 motor/cyl actually makes good power. I am almost done my 2002 cr125 restoration/rebuild. I may go the hpp cyl route and a 6speed swap when it's due for a crank. Race Teams ran the hpp cyl and 6 speed up until 04, then 250f took over. I had cr125s growing up racing so thought would be cool to have another one. Back in my late teens I has a new 03 cr125 ported cyl, reeds bills pipe/silencer and it ran very well.

The bike came with a ebc oversized rotor kit on it so I bought a cr stuff front rotor for the new wheels and kept the stock wheels for a practice set.
