So... Seems their T-Piece doesn't fit the 2013 450SXF.

Anyone used on with a 2013 350 SXF or 250 SX?

What t piece? In the frame? If so, its easiest to just buy the $23 ktm tool to take it out

Are you sure the hose kit was for the correct year? What was the part number on the kit?

I have the Samco t-piece on my 13 250SX. Fits great. I am pretty sure the same one fits all full size KTM from 07/08 and up with the t-piece in the frame. I could be wrong, though. I bought mine from an ebay seller called "DemonMX" out of the UK, was considerably cheaper than any price I could find in the US. Samco is a UK company.

Cheers guys.

So i've since found out that the part number FTP-04 definitely fails on the 450... It was the 2013 version that was meant to cover the MX/Enduro 2 and 4s. . but apparently there is a clearance issue with the hole size in the frame.

TSM is running the FTP-01 in their 250s. Charles was nice enough to let me know and give Samco a great endorsement.

Steveo I bought from DemonMX on ebay, and they were great, so no complaints there, I gave them the run around based on some website checking but they were good. I bought the FTP-04, but have since got a refund as apparently it's no good.

Gonna go the stockers for now, bummer, but will change over to a complete kit of SAMCO when they release. Don't love the idea of the stock design and it was a BITCH to get out but whatever, done now and I wanna put my bike back together asap!

The T-junction that runs between the radiators through the frame and down into the jug... The Samco unit is one piece moulded so better flow and no possible leaks like there has been with some of the stock units.

I will get one when they come up with a solution but for now just replaced the stocker down tube. Fortunately I didn't entirely destroy mine like my buddy did. haha... poor bastard, he definitely took the heavy fisted approach!

Just an update to this thread. I was completely wrong about there only being 1 Samco t-hose. There are 4 different ones. I looked at my receipt and I am definitely running the FTP-03 (or just FTP-3) in my 2013 250SX. This is the one that is listed to fit all 2011-2012 SX and SXF models (as well as XC/XCF models of the same years). It fits my bike perfectly. I see no reason why it shouldn't fit the '13/'14 four stroke SXF bikes also. The oem part numbers for the t-piece are the same for all SX/SXF bikes from 2011 through 2014 so this Samco hose should fit in their place on all those models. One thing that gets me, though is that Jeff Slavens says it WON'T fit 13-14 bikes. I have no idea why he would say that as it fits my 2013 just fine. http://slavensracing.com/shop/frame-t-piece-hose-for-ktm-by-samco-sport/

I run one in my 13 250sx as well. Here is how it was listed on my invoice:

Seth505: that should be the FTP-4. So now we have reports in this thread of 3 different ones fitting the '13 250SX. I wonder what the difference is between them?
On another note, I modified the rubber pieces from the original t-piece to fit around the Samco piece and take up the gaps in the frame and keep the grunge out.

Ah, that's pretty sweet modifying the grommets to fit around the new hose like that! I kept my stock rubber pieces but did not mount them back on like that. Here is the piece I got from Samco

The Moto Hose T hose fits 2013-2016 KTM & Husqvarnas.

Moto Hose also sells a thermostat elimination kit.

So I just put my 2013 450 SXF back together and there's a leak around the stock T-piece area. I'm pissed off.

Does this Motohose definitely fit my model? I can install it with the engine in?
