Starting the rm 125 rebuild every single bolt and nut will be taken of and cleaned. Anything wornout will be replaced. If you would like I could make videos of the process and put it on youtube, let me know.

I would think it would depend on what color the frame is going to be, what kind of graphics, seat cover, etc. In general I would think matte black, but there are certainly better fashionista's on vital than myself.

Looks good! What do they charge for powder coating? I've never had it done. And do they match colors for you? For example Kawasaki green?

I did the work my self if you like it. I could give you a quote on what you want powder coated.

I dyed some trim pieces with rit dye but I had problem dyeing the disc guard so if any one know where I can buy a black one let me know.

Did you use just straight dye?

no rit dye powder and mixed it with the amount of water I needed to get all the stuff covered so the the more concentrated the better.

To my surprise I called a suspension guy here in Canada (TNT suspension), and he said the 47mm showa that comes on the RM 2 strokes is extremely compatible/tune able/upgradable so this is relieving news.
