I am looking to add new carb hoses, but reading lots of different info on sizing.

Does anyone have confirmed Overflow Hose specs for a 2001 Rm 125?

Thanks.

Why not just measure the carb fitting?

If you can't measure you might contact Lumpy@ MOTO HOSE, he is a member here, and can set you up with any color hoses you want.

Thanks but Motohose doesn't supply the translucent pink OEM stuff I am looking for, which I can find - but just need hose dimensions. Thanks for the thought though.

Paw - I need measurement callipers, if no luck I'll have to source some.

I used this for all of the lines on my '02 YZ125. A little snug on some of the nipples but not a big deal.

I agree with mb. I bought the pink line off ebay. I used a lighter or heat gun to soften the ends and they slip all the way on the carb, no problem.

The best deal I got on the carb hoses on my Suzuki were the pinkish OEM style ones in a big tub from home depot!

Thanks, I will check home depot - although here in Canada we don't get all of the good stuff you guys get.

Thanks for all the feedback!

You can use home aquarium tubing, available everywhere and comes in different colors.

To be honest, I just ordered OEM suzuki hose, its like $4 per length or something, cheaper than most avenues plus it's pink and makes the bike look showroom!

Doesn't Honda use the pink hose on the CR carbs? You could probably buy hose from them and save some bucks. Honda parts are usually half of what Suzuki wants. I just bought seals and bushings for my twin chamber forks and went with Honda OE parts because they were less than half of what Suzuki wanted.

A micrometer is your friend

.125 or 1/8 is roughly 3mm.

a 2 stroke uses 2 size hoses where a 4 stroke uses 1 size.

if you want both of the 2 stroke sizes I have enough of the see through pink to make up 1 $20 2 stroke vent kit or ..... if all you want is 1/8 we still have a roll of that is sold by the foot. Either way make any color purchae anf tell up in the notes section that you want pink.
