Renthal or Supersprox?

Anyone tried supersprox steel sprocket or the renthal twin-ring? I want to try the steel since the full aluminum sprockets don't last long, so what do you guys think? I have been hearing good things about supersprox so figured I'd leave it up to you guys!

check out dirt-tricks heat treated steel sprockets if you into the hardened steel idea, i found i was replacing more chains and counter shaft sprockets because of the steel. Went back to aluminum for the price. Its a double edged sword.

I've had the past 2 years only supersprox on my bike.. first time i bought one i didn't see any wear after 8 times of riding !
When my front sprocket was worn out and needed a new one, the supersprox on the rear was still good for a couple of months..

I have never ran supersprox. ihave ran the renthal twin ring which were pretty good but, the Iron man sporcket has been the best ive ran. Its heavier but it sure lasts a long time even on a 450.

Supersprox for sure. The only time they go bad is when they bend or you hit a rock or something with it. I know people that have gone through 3 or 4 chains and front sprockets and still have the same rear. I guess on the twin ring the rivets fall out because of vibration but Supersprox are the way to go
