RM125 Cylinder question

Is there something that is supposed to go in this hole? It has threads and I have a bolt left over that fits but and I'm not sure where the bolt would go otherwise, but thought I would check and see if anyone on here knows.

Awesome Ill order those up thanks! And also another thing that doesn't seem too right is the little arm that the clutch cable connects to by the magneto only has about a half inch play and then stops. Any idea what might be wrong there, or is that how its supposed to be.

That is the way it should be as it is then making contact with the clutch pressure plate.
