You did not state which year you bike is. The 2014 is lean, but all previous were on the rich side.
Try the high pressure cap.

You should be ok with just the higher pressure radiator cap.
I would however do a plug chop test and get a good plug reading due to the big bore kit installed. It could need a bit richer mixture.

No the 11-12 are supposed to be rich enough even with the 365 kit.

Did you ever figure out a solution to this problem. I actually just did the 365 kit on my 2012 ktm 350 and same issue with overheating. I did have it remapped by a professional and it still seems to be overheating a bit

Could add a Boyesen supercooler and change hoses? Shouldn't need a hi-pressure cap, the KTM unit is already 1.8 I think.

Yea I was skeptical on the 2.0 radiator cap because it does already have a 1.8 which is high. It would be nice if that was all I needed. I do already have the hose kit and run Evans coolant. Im prolly gunna end up getting the high flow kit. Thanks

Could just need a new cap. But id try the 2.0 cap. If youre losing evans its probably just the cap. its the cheapest and easiest to try first.

What model 350? Is it a thermostat model? Thermostat has a hose the bypasses the radiator.

KTM's are nutorious for bad caps. We offer a KTM 2.0 cap for $21.95
