Honda crf250r any good ?

All the bikes are good now, spring it for your weight, set sag,, fresh tires,parts, good fuel. If you have the $$,_ get suspension done, remap ecu, full pipe.

blue or green would be the 250f to buy imo.

The Hondas are good bikes. Coming from someone who has built many SX and MX Honda 250 race bikes, I love them. With a little bit of money, you can have a great motor. They turn great and there is a lot of good set ups. My suggestion would to be get a 14+ and get some spring forks off of eBay and you would have a hell of a bike. We actually ran air forks in supercross and spring forks for the Nationals.

2014 CRF250r with 25 hours. FMF 4.1 slip on and Race tech suspension with gold valves. I bought it partially because I didn't want the 2015 air forks. I've had no problems and it's been very reliable.
