The bike is a 09 KTM 450.4 times I can let the bike rev down and idle will stay high. The 5th time when I blip the throttle it will drop to normal. I clean the carb in a ultrasonic soaker, changed the plate on the slide , turned screws and tightened things and still the same problem.The cables have play. Has anyone a fix or had this situation?
