Engine Ice?

Is engine ice really better than other coolants? I've been hearing mixed reviews. I currently run Pro Honda HP Coolant and my bike has been overheating at every mud race I do..

I run engine ice, the real difference I have seen is when I put an oversized water pump on my bike. U may want to flush your cooling system also if u haven't already.

seen lots of people forget and crack motors when it freezes. Antifreeze like EI is reccomended.

Its biodegradable and non toxic. Thats enough reason for me. Not that i dump it on the ground ir anything, but waterpumps crack, bikes overheat, and antifreeze gets spilled. It wlso doesnt stain my garage floor.

Kept overheating a 250f in the woods races. Put engine ice in it and seemed to overheat significantly less. So I'm a believer.

Works! I like it because it will still boil over before any damage is done, i seen Evans burst rad hoses, t and y pieces from extreme pressure, Engine Ice is still an antifreeze it just works better than a 50/50, keeps the temps down, make sure you flush out the old stuff for best cooling results

If the Honda stuff is Ethylene Glycol like I suspect, then yes the Engine Ice is better.

If I am correct, Engine Ice is Propylene Glycol. This chemical interfaces with metal a little better than the Ethylene variant, which means the contact surface is maintained better as the fluid begins to boil. Plus, the non-toxic properties are a plus.

Engine Ice is propylene glycol with a surfactant (water wetter) added...does the job for me
