Dunlop 10" tires dont fit

I have ran into this problem 4 times now with the new Dunlop 10 inch rear tires! I own a shop and do track side tire mounting. I have had 4 Dunlop 10 inch rear tires refuse to pop the beads for me. Its like the bead is cut too short on the tire. 120+ psi with everything from simple green, mounting lube, and WD-40 to lube the bead. This is for both Cobra and KTM rims. I put a Michelin MS3 tire on. bead pops right away with nothing more than water and simple green to lube it and 40-60psi.

Wondering is any one less has seen this and if Dunlop is covering them?

I had the same problem on my sons cobra. Couldn't get one side to seat. We just ran it. Didn't have any problems. Pretty shitty deal though.

Did you try warming the tire up?
