Cycra Body Kit issues

so i just bought a cycra kit for my 07 crf250. The problem im having is with the rear fender. The little threaded t plate things that mount in the fender are way too small. The holes in the fender are monstrous so it doenst hold my fender at all. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so where did you get the proper size fittings for it.

Some bikes use a flat washer with a small neck that plugs in to the fender, are you using the stock hardware?

Yea that's what I have but mine are too small the holes in the cycra fender are much bigger
