Crack throttle on FI Bike to start?

I have a 12 kx450 i put a new piston in, valves were still in spec and a new spark plug. After getting it back together i noticed im having to crack the throttle alil (not to much tho) to get it started, the bike did not do that before.

Bike has 40hrs, any help would be great.
