Can you anodize the stock KTM triple clamps off a 2013 bike orange? I believe I have heard of someone doing it just not sure.

If it's an aluminum component with no steel attached/embedded, etc, it can be anodized.

did you have any issues putting the stem back in? that bottom clamp thru hole is really precisely bored for a press fit with the stem. not masking it off during ano will add at least .001". for anyone else doing this ask your anodizer to mask it off, not worth it.

Nope all went back fine, took it to a auto shop with a pneumatic bearing press, all good. Maybe because they were stripped first?

Macz400, Sydney Anodizers... Tho they might be too far for you! Smile Cheap as chips mate, think it was 70 bucks to chemically strip and anodise, they came up great.

I believe Newmann did his on his 2013. He could probably steer you in the right direction for someone close to you.

May give surface techniques a call since they are a lot closer to me. Thanks for the tip!
