Do a search on Thumpertalk. Pretty sure there have been a few guys over there do it.
If you want to go one step better, I have a 2004 YZ250 frame, seat, airbox and some used plastics I could sell. I don't have an extra tank or subframe.

Thanks. I already have the parts. Was just needing to know about mounting the radiators, tank, & subframe. I'll keep looking.
PM me how much you want for your parts tho. Could always use some spare parts.

my 00' all it took for the tank and shrouds is two peices of striaght metal for the tank mounts and for the shrouds i drilled a small hole in the plastic bracing on the back of the shroud and ran a zip tie from that through the radiation mounting hole. when making the tank mounts do it with the seat mounted so it all lines up. very simple. i personally like the rear end on the older bikes, so i didnt touch that. hope this helps
