175 main, Suzuki NECJ needle at 3rd clip for race gas or 4th for pump and a 42 pilot.

Search there's plenty of discussion on this very topic.

That's a decent starting point. I settled mine in around 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 depending on the temp of the day

What worked for me was 40pj necj needle on third clip, and 168 mj. I would say Shane is accurate to go bigger on main after putting in the new needle as I was just thinking my 168 is not big enough. The bike runs so much better and cleaner with the changes than stock.

I also have a slight bit of splooge could I drop from a 42 to maybe a 40 supplied in the owners manual to help clean that up?

I did that and it helped, but the biggest change in the splooge was just doing the full jetting change. Even then I still get a little bit coming from the silencer connection, but that could be rediual from the inital soaking of the packing.

Run as big of a main as it'll pull. I think I was up to 182 at one point
