Can someone tell me what size this thing is? Cant find it online anywhere and I don't want to use a crescent wrench on it. Thanks.

In either case you can use a caliber to measure across the nut flats to get the correct size. Then as stated ...use a 6 point socket or wrench.

Sorry folks was the rear I was referring to. Had a 32mm too big, 1 1/4 too big also, 1 1/16 too small (which fit my 06-09 gen yz). Measured the nut and its closest to 1 3/16". Checked and double checked. Thanks for the input l. No idea what that'll translate to in mm. Service manual on "rear wheel" gave no measurement only torque specs. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.

That would convert to 30mm.
Conversion tables are on line.
