2014 rmz250 gearing change and now i have a chain adjustment dilemma

Went up to a 50 from the stock 49 rear along with new front and chain...problem is now im stuck with the wheel either slid all way forward to the 2nd notch or if i go one link longer im at 3 notches from the end... So do i make it short wheelbase or keep it long? With stock gearing it was in between 4th and 5th notch....

new chain as well? i'd run it long then take a link out when it stretches.
