2014 TC 250 Jetting

Im looking for some jetting advice for the track
Im running stock carb with 42 Pilot Jet, 165 main jet, BR7ES NGk Plug, 50 to 1 ratio

The use of a 50:1 ratio will give indications of being jetted rich. If you use 32:1 the jetting may come around.

Why aren't you using the stock plug?

BR8ECMVX is much higher quality plug.
Try the NEDW Suzuki needle, its a triple taper much smoother.
I'm going to test the NECJ needle this weekend and will get back to you. Suppose to be more crisp.

BTW MXA will have a test on a Dicks modified 250 Husky in the issue hitting the stands mid Oct.

Suzuki NECJ needle. 175 main. 45 pilot.

Works awesome if you're anywhere around sea level.

Im running 40 pilot jet , Suzuki RM250 needle NECJ, 36 mm carb with a 165 main jet, the plug is almost carbon fouled, the bike is running rich
