Right now I'm running pc's jetting which is 400 main 35 pilot clip on 2nd position.

The plug looks wet!
Is it oil wet or fuel wet?
I am going to suggest that you have other issues to address before you get to jetting.
How long has it been doing this?
Did it run correctly before now?
How many hours on the top end? 20????
Have you done a compression test or a leak test?
Have you set your float?
Have you done a chop test for a plug reading?
Have the crank seals been replaced?
Do you ride it hard enough to keep the crankcase cleaned out?
Pull your exhaust pipe and look up into the port at the piston to see if it is black below the ring. If so it needs a top end.

Check all of these and then you will have a place to start on your jetting.
