I bought this bike in May 2015 from the original owner in Denver when I lived there. His wife bought it for him brand new in 2005 and he had only ridden it a few times. Literally just s few times, as you can see below the paint is not scratched off the frame and the bike was 100% stock. It even had D756 on it lol. I jetted to Pro Circuits specifications and I run 32:1 Castor 927 1 gallon C12 with 3 Gallons 91. I took it apart to powder coat the frame and am slowly putting her back together and doing a top end since it was the original top end from Suzuki. Let me know what you guys think so far.

I did a few updates before the tear down.
Factory Connection re-valve/re-spring
Bill's Pipes silencer
Now full Pro Circuit exhaust
Rental Twin Wall
WC Radiator Braces
WC Glide Plate
WC Frame Guards
Golfer Oversized Front Rotor
Aluminum Throttle Tube
MX52's
Motoseat Seat Cover
Finally ditched the stock chain and sprocket when some teeth broke in October.

Parts to come:
Cycra Stadium Plate
Yellow front disc cover
Complete plastic kit
Decal Works graphics kit
Steel braided brake lines
Black rims
Anodize stock hubs magnesium
Suspension service
Boyesen Rad Valve
Boyesen Clutch and Ignition Cover (black or magnesium)
Boyesen Super Cooler Kit (black or magnesium)
Red or Yellow CV4 radiator hoses
I would like to find red RG3 top and bottom triple clamps

This was taken before the first ride and after I took off the hand guards

Before the first ride

Before the tear down

About to get sprayed

Fresh out of the oven

Done for now

Sweet RM really like the yellow frame. How do you like the FC revalve on the showas? They have a location real close to my house thinking about going to them.

They are great! I had FC do work on a 2015 KTM I had and it was great as well! I highly recommend Factory Connection.

is that an old school Suzuki stadium plate or an older Honda style? if there is a difference. I remember seeing them advertised for Suzuki's years ago, I wish they would do a modern RMZ version, I'd have one on my RM if they did.

Yes, it is the RM/CRF model. For some reason Cycra does not make a new one like you said. So the RM/CRF that I have is kind of a general fit. I had to drill the hole to attach to the triple clamp. It fits great and you cannot tell otherwise.

It is great, it is very tight compared to the yamaha. I prefer the RM cockpit over the YZ.

great looking RM. I just picked up a sweet all Suzuki blue seat cover and I think something like that would make this bike killer, just my .002. Sweet ride

Looks great! I'm contemplating a new look for my '06 also, but leaning towards Yellow/Blue colors.

I just picked this one up for $2300. Smile
