2005 KX250F Cylinder Porting "TR" or TJR"

Does anyone know the company that did this porting? I've attached a picture that has the logo etched into the side of the Cylinder. Looks like they knife edged the dividers and cleaned up the transitions at the valve seats. Not a terrible job but not an all out race head either. Just a clean up so to speak.

Doesn't appear to be TZR. It has a lightning bolt below the TR or TJR. The J may be mistaken as it appears to be part of the R
