Picked this bike up about a week ago. Going to tear it down, put a new top end, suspension and ride it. It actually has some trick parts in it magnesium clutch case and powervalve covers which will be removed. I'm not gonna take a chance and mess them up. The bike also has lots of pro circuit parts and carbon fiber engine covers. The frame has all the tabs welded in for water pump cover, and skid. The pipe has no numbers on the badge and everything is braised with brass. I'm looking for a good 03 PC pipe as I do not want to damage this one. Frame has also been powder coated to the silver metallic pro circuit used. It also has brand new wheels, tires, and the hubs have been media blasted. Here are a few pics of when I got it and what has been done. I do not know who's it was as far a pro circuit team goes, but the story goes it was handed down to Kyle Mace for 2004 season. i am just waiting on parts now to go back together with it.

Yeah I'm gonna ride it for a while then maybe do a light restore I dunno. It just cost so much to do a full restore on my other 2 bikes I doubt I'll ever do another kne again.

No, my 99 Pc bike was actually right here in Texas along with my 02 Plano bike. Actually both from the same person who bought them in Texas off craigslist. This 03 came from Colorado. Funny thing about this bike is my friend was actually in comoradomwoth a hitch hauler on his jeep. He brought a bike to a friends and ended up bringing this one back to me. I had no intentions on buying this one. It was total coincidence so I went a head and got it. I've no known about the 03 but didn't have much Intrest at the time. Parts are a different story though. They come from all over the world. Y'all would actually be surprised on what just out there on Craigslist. There are some guys on here that have some really trick race bikes. Things that no one would believe is in people's garage's. LOL no wizard by any means.

What are you looking for. I'm pretty much going back together with it minus the magnesium and carbon parts they are gonna be saved. All that I really have is the suspension that I'm not gonna re use. I think you have that covered in your bike. My suspension should be done by the end of this week.

The radiators were not in the greatest of shape so I sent them to Brett at ICW he fixed them up nicely. Added an extra capacity tank and seam welded everything.

Waiting on suspension to come back from rg3 and it should be go to go. Picked up some other cool parts to I'll post pics later once it all gets here. I plan on restoring the bike after I ride it for a year or two.

Sweet build, the RG3 stickers would drive my OCD up a wall on a PC bike tho. Lol. Anxious to see it done.

I love the look of the old-school stingers! (It must be a 1990's moto-geek thing).

I can only imagine how feather light that Ti/CF version must be!

I run the aluminum/stainless old version on my YZ125. They are approximately half the weight of the modern PC 304.
It takes a little work in the welding shop, but the ones from 2000-ish can be modified to fit the current model year of YZ.

I need to get a small scale I'm curious on how some parts weigh. I just never took the time to get a scale. I may try and get one this weekend.

Just keep looking on eBay. They pop up from time to time. Not in the best of shape but pipe repair.com do great work. Thanks

Finally got the suspension back. Rg3 really did a great job as usual. Went to an 18mm shock shaft vs the old style A kit 16mm stuff. They used a Showa ti spring, some really nice spring collars, and a really trick high speed adjuster. Time to put it through its first heat cycle tomorrow. Sorry about the messy garage.
