Did you reset the float height to factory spec's?
Have you tested the float to see if it is leaking?
Did you inspect the needles seat for damage ?

Is it possible for the float to stick? Or does that come from being set wrong. Having the same issue on rm250.

Worth mentioning-is there any dirt getting from the tank to the needle and seat?

Follow what PawPaw said... Good tips there. It is possible for the floats to stick. Make sure the float movement is free. Also make sure the carb is set right on the bike. If it's rotated it can cause flooding.
