Okay so prob not worth the $$$ to upgrade the exhaust for now.

Any thoughts on the cams and ecu?

Vortex, with full pipe, oxygenated fuel, mapped for it. That bike will rip. Assuming your suspension tires, etc are good to go..

My 14 is ported and has stage 2 cams etc. Stock piston. Remapped for race fuel and it is leaps and bounds better than the stock version. More bottom end and slightly more over rev. I can ride it like a mini 450 and lug it around. It's great!

My bike made more HP on the dyno with the stock exhaust but the difference was negligible. So I kept my FMF on there with the stock header. The weight savings and looks of the FMF made me go with it.

X2,_stock pipe is really good, fmf lighter, looks better imo. Especially the ti.

Awesome, thanks for the replies. Sounds like it should go very well without loosing too much bottom end grunt.

Make sure the ecu is mapped for the fuel you use,or your wasting $$ and performance.

The vortex comes with ten maps from my reading all pre programmed and have been told there is a hot cams map plugged into it.

A non engine related question, looking on racetech, it seems to suggest the factory fork springs are very stiff. Entered my weight at 230lbs, and it tells me I should go down a rate from the standard 1.0kg spring. Anyone know if this would sound right? be a nice change if it was the case.
