09 rmz450 wont run

ok did a valve check yesterday on my 09 rmz450. bike was running before got done couldnt get it started. check fuel from pump and spark both good. left the bike sit till today went back got the bike to start but would only run with the enricher pulled out. ran a few more times. finally got it to idle but when i went for a short ride it would puke and hesitate. roll on real slow and it would go ok. feels like fuel is not getting there. rechecked valve clearance again (i shimmed the intakes 1st time around) clearance good timing marks are on and chain pins between cam marks are right on. checked elec. connectors and cant seem to figure it out. im supposed to have a scramble tomorrow but doesnt look like thats gonna happen, anyone have an idea?
