Looks awesome. I always wondered if the KYB SSS forks and 18mm shocks from the YZs bolted on up.

Cleaning up pretty good frame had a small crack so had that welded and it's being powder coated. Also polishing the bottom end will add pictures soon other parts should come in soon.

That's one filthy motor!!

If I didn't buy a new ktm 250sx I was looking into doing the same thing. I have always liked rm's. My friend has about 6 suzuki 2 strokes in his garage.

It was really dirty but it came clean pretty good I will post more pics when it's finished

Just a heads up, Id recheck the vin on the frame, That engine is either a 01 or an 02. The swing arm looks like an 02 swing arm, but the engine is def an 01 or 02 at best, It is the old style. Looking into the cylinder in that picture confirms it actually. Just a friendly heads up, Would hate for it to screw up your build if you were to order the wrong parts is all. Looking good so far!

It's actually an 01 I noticed it on the vin after I posted that first comment thanks for the heads up though. I have to go pick up the frame tomo hopefully might have to work. But I got a lot of new parts in today. Right now I'm at 1,200 dollars and climbing LOL wife is not that happy (came out of secret stash lol)
