I'd like to inform you that during my CR 1991 rebuilding I've experinced that I can replicate some vintage factory parts, here below some samples.

CR 250-500 Clutch covers CNC machined

CR 250-500 front sprocket guards

Enjoy

That fantastic bike could be reproduced as well, but it requires a little bit patient and money...a friend of mine is reproducing the cylinders and I have to create the 3D project the head matching with the new cylinders shape.

For 125 I haven't create covers yet, maybe I'll do in the future, because well done cast versions are available on the market for less money. I can provide manufacturer address in PM if interested.

Paypal is accepted.

But are they finished or still have to be machined on the opposite side ?

I could use both covers for an 86 cr250 as well as the chain sprocket guard, how much are they?

On CR 250 86 clutch crankase is monoblock type, you can't use my clutch cover on that bike, while front sproket guard will fit in any case.

I planned on changing it to a newer one due to magnesium issues.

Just to be clear this is not my job but only an hobby, if interested I can reproduce:

CR 250 86>97/CR 500 87>01 Clutch cover:
CR 500 86>97 Ignition cover
CR 250 86>97 Ignition cover:
CR 250 HPP Valve covers with bolt like factory ones
CR 125 HPP Valve cover with mugen logo

Bar pads any type and colors

Front sprocket guards CR 250-CR 500 13T-14T-15T flat version
Front sprocket guards CR 250-CR 500 13T-14T-15T wing version

HRC style grip covers

For any other items I can try to do something but 3D projects require a lot of time and original parts for dimensions and testing, without them I can't do anything.

Hello Doc,
I would also like clutch and ignition covers for a 91 Stanton resto-mod.
Are the HPP covers also available? How much for the HPP covers?
Sent a request to your posted email.

Here's my project, with 08' twin chamber forks, Ti shock spring, Eric Gorr 265 kit...

We certainly have them on the to do list Mike. It's a pretty long list at the moment....

Stevie,

Care to share your list with us? Like to know if I should start saving my Canuck bucks for a Red Rocket Kickstarter, triple clamps, swing arm or other fancy bits.

Thanks,
