Rick was a good sponsor for vintage racing in Texas for quite a few years, not to mention all the support and money he poured into the AHRMA National scene for many years. He let myself and my kids run loose through his shop when we were out there in 2002 for the Vintage Iron World Championships and YROC race. Lots of neat stuff laying around and hanging on the walls. Always appreciated what he did for the sport.

I see the phone number still listed on his website, wonder if he is just into bike sales and restorations these days.

He also picked up the slack on that failed MXDN (2003?). That last minute event turned out great. He put in a great deal of effort. Hope he is well.

Brad Zimmerman was his webmaster and if I remember correctly, Brad passed away recently. VI's website has been spotty for the past few years and I'm guessing this is why.
