Would love to learn more about Arrow. I looked them up and they look like an Italian version of Pro Circuit, however they don't appear to make parts for later model bikes anymore.

Arrow was pretty common 'works' pipe and silencer here in Europe in the early 90's. FMF and Pro Circuit were rare. I remember these pipes and silencers from my local Suzuki dealer. Same place where I saw first time brand new -92 RM-125. Smile

They are still in business but like you said they don't have any parts available for the EVO / Super EVO bikes anymore. Considering this I was very lucky to got a brand new Arrow pipe and almost mint condition Arrow silencer. One step closer to my youth/childhood dream bike. Smile

Suzuki RM-125N, 1992 model restoration project, started 27.1.2015. It's been my lifelong dream to restore the 'USA' -version of the bike. Enjoy the restoration project. ...

Once again, few more missing / new parts. Front hub dust/mud shield, new rear brake pedal rubber seals, new rubber parts for the silencer.

Also cleaned the front fork seals with Seal Mate. Good find:

Looks so good! I wanted to share a pic of a bike I just got... This will match my '92 RM125. I'll restore them eventually. ;-)

No problem. Go to my Thread and post up a pic of your 1993 Suzuki RM125 if you have one.

Small progress. Found Öhlins rear shock, -93 / -94 model from France. Very cheap, 160 Eur.
The shock was in pretty bad shape and dirty but after removing all the dirt and rust it looked much better.
At the moment the spring is in sandblasting and powder coating. Also ordered few new parts like 2 tension nuts, few o-rings and also found the original decal from Finland. Luckily the 93/94 model Öhlins fits -92 frame and -89 rear swing arm.

Looking for Works Connection or similar 'works' style aluminum /metal frame guards for RM-125. Years -92 to -95 should be compatible. Looking for any hints or tips where to get them.

Absolutely incredible bike. You should be very proud of this restoration. I owned and raced one and to be honest it's probably the finest bike I ever owned.

Paul333, thanks for the compliments. The choice for the restoration project was very easy. 1992 model is my all time favourite RM so it's been a true labor of love. The project started 27.1.2015 so yesterday the project was 1 years old and there's still work to do. Smile
