Thanks to everyone who worked hard on this event and to put it together, it was a great time, great weather, and really cool having Jeff Stanton and Todd DeHoop there all day Saturday racing and for the dinner.

I can now say I ripped a holeshot on Stanton at Red Bud as he lined up next to me on a 1981 YZ125 for my first moto. I was on a 1998 RM250 so I had an advantage and I managed to squeak it out!

Can't wait till next year!

Glad you enjoyed it, that #22 was flying out there.

I think for a first year event it was very successful, already talking about plans for RED BUD 18 / AHRMA Nationals, spread the word we had 340 entries, need min 500 next year to make it work.

I will get out the word to my MidwestVMX buds and know for sure if there is not a schedule conflict we should be able to take up a pit row!!!

I too had an awesome time....so hope they continue to hold this event every year! The track, weather, and moto camaraderie was the best! If you didn't attend....shame on you!
