Hello, my 1977 Suzuki is modifiedslightly to accept a little bit longer shocks than stock in the rear . I can go 15 inches eye to eye maybe 15.25 max. Anybody know How are the Progressive shocks??? any other ideas on what I may do?? thanks

I tried Progressives on my Bult and they were a waste of money. As the old saying goes, buy it cheap, buy it twice. They were way too stiff and gave me a bad back. I would suggest saving for better shocks.

The steel bodied Progressives are like riding a hard tail, rigid. At least the set I bought were. I had a pair of well used Works Performance shocks that performed a kazillion times better than the Pogo's.

WORKS PERFORMANE shocks are the way to go IMHO
They work much better than stock and really better than the steel body PROGRESSIVE shocks

I don't know what mods you did to the bike, but whatever you raise the rear end up you need to do the front to keep the same geometry. Be careful of chain slack too.

I have a 1980 RM125 front end on the bike. I also have 15 inch Fox shocks on the back and the rear shocks have no more damping control. thanks john
