I finally started soda blasting some parts today on my Tim Ferry 125 from 1997. I can't believe that you found the rear fender and plates!!! My model's are red, and I've never seen them available anywhere!

Sent my entire engine off to Millenium Technologies this morning for a complete go-over. Boxes of parts have started arriving and I'll hopefully have this thing back together in the Spring sometime.

The folks at throttle Jockey were SO helpful. I already have a complete set of authentic graphics that match the originals that they made back in 98 perfectly. (My bike is morphing in to a 98 because it's just easier to pinpoint graphics, seat covers, etc.)

I'll throw some pics up in a new thread at some point. Can't wait to see yours progress!

Mark
yes get some pics up ! I was amazed to find the purple plastics too , wouldn't want to try my luck again ! haha

and yes , the throttle jockey guys are amazing with their commitment to customer service and their company heritage !

All you guys gloating about Throttle Jockey....I remember when they told me to pound sand for some Honda Woody graphics when they still had them featured on their website.

A friend of mine just threw away a brand new Sizler kit, seat cover, graphics and all. Wish I would've seen this thread a few days ago.

thankyou sir ! this is the same legend that has helped me with all my noleen goodies !

I worked for Ferry in '99 at Noleen Yamaha, that was not the silencer we used. Perhaps Randy there built us some one off's, not sure. Just an FYI.

Well then,
You sir have saved me an hr this am searching for porn cuz I saw your newest batch of pics.. Fkn Amazing. Just Beautiful. I'd give half a left nutt to take that piece of art to Unidilla and go Bonkers. I hope you do !!!

As an x-roadracer though, PLEASE turn that pigtail of safety wire into a nice 180* bend so it doesn't rip ur finger open. Safety wire sharper than a razor blade when it wants to be.

This build came out really nice!

Where did you source that kick starter?

I recently picked up a 93 basket case which appears to be an ex Peter Johansson GP bike with some trick parts on. I need a cone pipe for it, can anyone point me in a direction where I can find one?

geez dude ! what a find !!!!! someone didn't know what they were wrecking !! haha

Billet kickstart was GYTR / Yamaha for a YFZ450 quad ! I wont be using it as its a bit too bling for this one

maybe mastercross.it for a pipe ? he gets his hands on trick gear

A few detail shots and finally finished the one piece end cap muffler done . I've used a pic from the real deal to replicate it . I'm thinking I'll be able to call it finished over the weekend
