Great to hear it'll be used too.
This project includes hand made footpegs, rear brake pedal, frame guard, chain slide protection and front sprocket guard, all in HRC factory style for that era and CNC machined clutch cover too.

Thanks
To fix the bottom part of rear brake protection it's enough to thread the edge of allen screw hole of the brake pivot for an M6 screw.
Backgrounds and yellow numbers are hand made too using a common self adesive plastic blue sheet.
Immediately disassemled for checking:
And day by day I worked on it to renew each single bolt and nut and to create new replica parts:
I would love to buy a clutch cover for my 90 CR250 if your friend makes them for sale.
Drool!!
I would also be interested in Clutch and Ignition covers Doctor, I'll shoot you a PM.
My compliments.

Where did you find the blue coors light decal? I've been looking for some but have come up empty handed.
Great job.

For missing decals like rear fender ones or red sunstar logo on swingarm a ask a local company to reproduce some replicas, now it's very simple and cheap with digital tecnology and printer.
My 500 isn't anywhere near the same level of detail.. But I have a lot of fun on it.
And did you make the cloth pads too somehow???
I forgot my last replica project:
I'll show you the real piece once machined.
