Guys, I know there are a lot here who are tired of hearing about this, if so, nothing to see.
I have been for some time accumulating information to pursue legal courses to recover from Tim Taylor (718) some of what he's taken from us.
If you have been one of his victims then kindly contact me at 281-750-1705 and you can be part of righting a wrong, and yes, perhaps getting some of what was taken from you back.
This is a forum for enthusiasts. I will make this post to the other thred on Tim's actions, and then in the interest of removing this matter from further discussion on an enthusiast's board, will be confining any posts here to anything other than this topic.

I had an old guy beat me out of three grand one time and after a while it became apparent that it was going to cost me more to pursue it than it was worth. I did get the joy of belittling him a bit in public on one occasion and then he got sick and died. Karma is a bitch. No doubt 718 is in line for some of that as well.

I don't think of justice here as someone passing away!! I do believe that laws are made for these kinds of things, and have faith in this.

Im happy you found some kind of resolution there Barkhard. It has been a long time coming.
It's distressing, Tim is *still* running his "DX coating" scam. I thought he had moved 100% to RC car scams because dirt bikes had gotten too hot but nope, he's still getting people on the DX. I'm sure there's other stuff, too, there is no touching bottom with this guy. It's actually (I'm not bullshitting) horrifying.. that I have known someone this removed from any sense of morality.
Over the last week, I've found out a bunch of additional stuff about Tim. He's been running scams, cons and stealing out of the San Antonio area, for years now. There is just so much $hit, like altering VINs, passing parts off as factory, stealing from dealerships where he worked... It goes on and on. Last night for example I spoke with someone fairly well-known in our community Tim got for 3 bikes and a bunch of KHI stuff. None of this even begins to address the incredible layering of lies upon lies upon lies he told folks.
Keep contacting me guys, all this is going to the law enforcement people (unless you tell me otherwise).
