AMA Decal Identification

Hoping someone can help show me a clearer version of this AMA decal on MC's fork leg here please! I'm keen to get one made up for my Peak 92 CR125 but cant find a better pic.

Also, anyone know what the idea of this sticker was? I guess it was an additional one to the small tech inspection circle decal for the front plates?

Here you go, Chuck. Unfortunately, this is not my decal (I had saved the photos from online), so I don't have the actual decal measurements.

Using the U.S. quarter as reference, it appears the decal is approximately 73mm W x 60mm H. That's a very rough estimate.

Hopefully someone here may have one of these stashed away, but this may help in the meantime.
