Damn that build is sick! The whole package really ties in well with the pipe/rims/forks/clamps and graphics. No frame guards of any kind though?

I am going to be riding it so the boot marks will not be that big of deal, expecting a little wear all over. Thanks for all the comments didnt know how everyone would like getting away from the original look.

Considering the 92 was white and pink this is one bike you won't catch too much grief for changing its original appearance . I liked the stock font fender in 92.

That's bad ass. I like the darker (red) seat and the forks and gold wheels...and the pipe ..and the triple clamps...damn! That bike really pops!

Nice job and thanks for posting. Brings back great memories of one of my favorite bikes of all time. Mine had the YZR flo-pink graphics and seat cover. I thought I was so factory with that setup.

I attempted to get the look you went for on your triples and hubs. You nailed it and I missed by a good amount.
At the time of assembly I had enough and laced the rims. I knew I would have a regret later on that I didn't make it right. And I do.
I really like your bike a lot
What did you do to get the dark bronze?

I got EVO MX to make the graphics for me. The anodizing was just lucky, I have a piece of aluminum I had a sample of what I wanted and they told me they where actually doing some parts in a little darker color if I wanted to try it. I was real happy with the way they turned out a little on the dark side. I bought a new tank from yamaha (there still available) but did not use it, keeping it for when I quite riding it.

I love your "re-imagined" version with those colors. It's the way Yamaha SHOULD have done it, instead of trying to make it look like Miami Vice!! Well done!
