You need this for adj. check the jet also the jet needs to have the holes in the side to allow air mixing

Looking at the pics of the air jets, they have no holes in the sides only through the center.

There are different types of pilot jets, some solid bodied others with small holes drilled into the sides for atomizing the air gas mixture, spray some WD40 through the carb body and jet, does it have a air bleed screw? Looks like a snowmobile carb, with the power jet casted into the body on the venture bell.

Mike from jetsrus replied and said to use the blank jet which means the hole is blocked.
