I picked this up yesterday and plan on racing it at Mid-Ohio Vintage Days next weekend. I bought it from a distant friend who just doesn't have time to enjoy it. I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time for once! Excel wheels, Buchanan spokes, Wiseco 2nd over, new carb, heavy shock spring, brand new cone exhaust, ahhhhh.......

If I were to be racing an 83 CR 250 that's exactly how I would want it to look. Nice bike!

The 83 CR 250 is a great bike, I had one back in 83, I bought and restored another one a couple of years ago, to start racing VMX with, I love it. Smile
