Seen many of the Plano graphic kits on ebay in years past. Doubt any are still around though. If all else fails, I believe one of my kids has a bunch of the photo handouts from SX back then. Might be able to use them to copy.

Scotty Haynes at Performance Factory might be able to help. He was Tedesco's mechanic at Plano Honda.

DareDecals in the UK will copy them almost 100% exact, and are one of the only custom gfx companies in the world that use sub surface thermal printing like the originals. The Plano hondas were cool bikes, and a normal run of the mill graphic company wont be able to get the bright screen printed colours they used to have!

Made a little progress and picked up some gear. Does any one know a place I can send all the bolts to have them cleaned like new again. I will eventually dress it out with titanium later down the road. Still need shroud graphics.

Call around locally to find a zinc plater. Around the Houston area, it's about $150-$200, and since they do the zinc plating in batches, you can do the entire bike or several bikes for that same flat rate.

The only hassle is, a plater is going to want the bolts to be cleaned before he gets them. This usually means solvent tub cleaning and polishing on a buffer. I'm pretty much a "do a little bit of work, take a beer, repeat" kind of worker, and it only takes a few hours at my snail pace to do this. But at the end, once you get the bolts back they look and feel brand new. It really is quite a difference.

There's a stainless bolt fastener kit guy on eBay who used to sell complete stainless bolt kits for generally 2000-up bikes for around $200. The only catch is that almost all the bolts are Allen head, if that is a problem.

VERY cool gear display!

Making some progress. I have not had to much time latley to do what I've wanted. I basically have all the aftermarket parts that wet missing and I got dare decals to make my shroud graphics as I already had everything minus those. If anyone knows of any more graphics possibly Id definantly take a set. I really would like to have the real shroud graphics.

Finally split the cases, found polished shift forks that have been hard coated, 2nd and 3rd HRC gear hard coated as well supercross apparently form what Ive been told by the mechanics I have been in touch with, there was also a Vertex piston in side labeled pro circuit 01P. Here are set of hubs that will be going on the bike. I sanded the casting flaws and hand polished the hubs. Work has really slowed progress down in this one.
