I've sent 2 emails to them and havn't had a response to either.
Problem: sodablaster man is 200klms away.
Solution: my best mate Moto619 is in town and is picking them up for me.
Pics will be up as soon as they get here....
I'll be back into it shortly. Thanks for your patience
Obviously in the 2nd photo here the outer clutch cover is getting replaced

Have you tried this guy for the HRC ignition and clutch covers?
Expensive I know but about the same price as second hand old stuff that appears on UK ebay!
Keep it coming.

As red-elsinore only sells them in black and as a set, I will quite likely buy the ignition cover directly off the guy who makes them.
However my first preference would probably be a genuine HRC cover should one come along...
Looks like the soda blast did a pretty good job of cleaning up your engine. Now you'll need
new hardware and some HGA pieces to finish it up. If you are going for the "Team Honda"
look, you'll need to spring for titanium hardware - $$$.
The OE right side case cover was painted. I spent some time and came up with a powder coat
color match. I'm posting a picture of the right side case cover and clutch cover from my CR
along with a new OE clutch cover - guess which one is which.
Like others have pointed out, the guy from the UK that's selling clutch covers on Ebay is
now selling replica ignition covers. I have one of his clutch covers on my CR500 and it's
a really nice piece. I'm sure his ignition covers will be the same.
I look forward to your progress.

Here is the replica HGA clutch cover from the UK. I powder coated the right side case cover on this engine too.
This is the replica HGA ignition cover he sells for the CR125
This is the motor I built for my 93.
No titanium for me - that's not in my budget unfortunately. All my hardwear is heading off to get re-zinced today actually.
Your completed motor looks sweet. Where did you find your ignition cover?
Honda used. I bought it years ago before Honda sued the company for copyright violation.
I ended up replacing that cover with a Magnesium cover Pro Circuit used to sell. It was
originally the brownish color of sand cast Magnesium, so I powder coated it to match,
I'm posting a picture of that cover. The engine was for a 93 I built from scratch using all
new parts. It's not a Mac replica, just a replica of what I raced in 93.
The "Honda Racing" cover is going on a 2001 engine I'm building for an all out AF project.
I imagine with the your logistics situation, you probably want to keep the powder coating
projects to a minimum - I don't blame you. I was offering up suggestions in case you wind
up having enough items that need to be powder coated to justify another long journey. You
will be surprised what a difference your freshly plated hardware will make.

I think I will end up with one of the cast aluminium replica ignition covers as the HRC covers seem to be getting hard to find these days.
I pretty much only have to get my inner (large) clutch cover painted so I will probably skip the powdercoating - especially after the trouble I had with my frame. He is the only powder coater within 5 hours of my house too...
I was going to use PJ1 Satin silver engine case paint but apparently they no longer make it - they only produce black now which is weird because all engines are silver these days...
I have a suggestion for you for case covers, it is from a Dutch guy and they are beautifull:
